Job Role: Scientist-B
Total Post: 115 posts (Mechanical /Metallurgy – 61, Civil – 22, Food/ Microbiology/ Bio Chemistry – 17, Electrical/ Electronics- 12. Computer Science/ Computer Engg. – 3) (SC-17,ST-9,OBC-32).
Monthly Remuneration: Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400/-
Age Limit: 21-27 years.
Application Fee : The application fee is 750/- and is Non-Refundable. The payment of the fee shall be through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) mode only. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PWD/Women Candidates.
Steps to apply for the position:
(i) Candidates are required to apply through ON-LINE only. No documents/certificates and application form are required to be sent to BIS by post.
(ii) BIS will accept fee through Electronic Transfer only. The fee sent other than Electronic transfer will not be accepted.
(iii) Application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn and fee once paid will not be refunded on any count nor can it be held reserve for any other recruitment or selection process.
(iv) Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification of candidature.
(v) In case of any dispute on account of interpretation of this advertisement in version other than English, the English version shall prevail.
